Common questions

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click "Forgot password" and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.

How long does a simulation take?

Most simulations complete in under two minutes, depending on the number of personas selected. Larger groups (50+ personas) may take a few minutes longer.

Can I re-run a simulation after it completes?

Yes. Open the test from the Tests page and click "Re-run simulation". Previous results will be replaced.

What file types can I upload for search snapshots?

You can upload HTML files (.html, .htm) or image screenshots (.jpg, .png, .webp, max 4 MB).

How do I export my results?

From the Dashboard, use the "Export results (CSV)" or "Export insights (TXT)" links next to the selected test. Viewer and Admin roles can export.
